A French style cobalt blue-ground ormolu-mounted sevres porcelain vase and cover, painted with allegorical scenes in the classical manner to the front and landscapes with landscape to the reverse , within elaborate gilded scrollwork borders, the shoulder flanked by ormolu maiden herm handles spilling baskets of flowers, with a waisted neck form emerge from the body enriched with gilt foliate pattern, surmounted with a gilt ornate domed lid with ormolu berried finial, raised on an ornamented conforming socle above laurel-wreathed footed plinth with four corners of flower heads.
